Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued for the following reasons:

  • The instrumental purchased is defective or unusable (i.e. corrupted files).
  • The delivered instrumental is not the one purchased
  • Accidental double orders

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction
  • Failure to read the instrumental description or understand the licensing terms

Refund Process

To request a refund, you must contact us within 3 days of the purchase date, providing detailed information about the issue or reason for the refund request.

We may ask for additional information or evidence to support your refund request, such as audio recordings or screenshots that demonstrate the issue with the instrumental.

Refunds will be issued at our discretion based on the validity of the refund request and compliance with our refund policy.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original order.

Refunds will typically be processed within 7 business days of approval.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom beats or instrumental produced to your specifications are non-refundable once the production process has begun.

Exclusive rights purchases are non-refundable once the license agreement has been signed.

Limited License Termination

If a refund is issued for a instrumental purchase, your license to use that instrumental will be terminated, and you must cease all use of it in your projects.
